Fashion Studio: PRODUCT REVIEW: Casio Exilim EX-JE10

I have been using Casio Exilim EX-JE10 for more than one week now and I am getting more and more familiar with all its functions. Once you know how the camera operates and you are able to find the required mode quickly, using it becomes really simple.? I have tested almost all available functions by now and I will be presenting you some of the photo examples in today's article. This time, I have been searching for the latest trends on the streets of Tokyo and for the stylish places in Singapore. To read the first part of the review click?here.

TOKYO STREET TRENDS

Street style?is always very different to the designers' vision that is presented on the catwalk. What makes it interesting is the fact that people add their individual taste to whatever they wear and make it really unique. Japanese streets are especially inspiring as people tend to be really bold and creative in their outfit choices.?

In search of the most interesting trends, I visited not only the most fashionable and trendy districts in Tokyo, but also some small boutiques, popular shopping malls, art galleries and design stores, to get the bigger picture of ?the current fashion influences.?

For all photos taken in Tokyo I was using the following settings:

CAMERA SETTINGS

Auto, Flash Off, Picture Size: 3M (2048x1536), Quality: Fine, White Balance: Auto, ISO: Auto.

Yellow

Yellow is such a great colour for winter and I was happy to see it in many different places across the city. A bright and cheerful shade to keep you feeling warm during the cold winter months, it can be worn as a main colour or just as an accessory (scarf, handbag, gloves, shoes, etc.)

Blue

Blue was present in many designer collections both for Autumn/Winter 2012 and Spring/Summer 2013 seasons. It goes well with many colours and it is easy to wear.

This girly colour never seems to be out of fashion. Pink is the colour of universal love and happiness; it symbolizes beauty, kindness and compassion. In many cultures it is used to represent girls.?Wear pink when you want to be seen as a peaceful, calm and approachable person who is not threatening.

Beige

Beige seems to be really popular in Tokyo, no matter what season. I especially like it in the winter time when it contrasts with the majority of dark and gloom outfits that can be seen on the city streets. Japanese girls often wear different shades of beige (from head to toe) or mix it with white, cream and pink. This colour looks very stylish and feminine.

Eclectic Mix

This trend seems to be especially popular among teenagers in Harajuku and Shibuya. It is all about mixing everything together - colours, patterns, fabrics, etc. The main rule is "more is better".

Artificial fur is really popular among women. Coats, gloves, handbags, and even belts and shoes are all covered with fur. It comes in different colours, from white and delicate beige (most popular) to dark brown and black. It not only looks stylish, but also keeps you warm.

Hats can be seen everywhere and they are actually more a fashion statement than a protection from the cold. Many people wear them with light summer clothes.

Cute animals - dogs, cats, rabbits and teddy bears - are virtually everywhere... And in?w?c?store they even act as mannequins.

Some additional remarks:
