I'd suggest putting on every page, or at least the main page a blurb saying that you clean fish tanks in the Illinois area. The first thing that stood out was that you don't have any location information.
I'd also suggest buying a domain name. It shouldn't cost more than $25 a year. I see that ILLINOISAQUARIUM.COM is available for only $10 over at godaddy. The advantage is that if webs.com decides to start charging, or goes out of business, you don't loose your website.
